Vegasrider: (I'm still laughing at your first response). I would LOVE to join Krid80 (and also be a part of that big West Coast ride coming up) but, I'm out of the country Aug 2-19 so I can't! Pisses me off pretty big time.

Me, right, Krid80? Solo train/fly vaca trip to French Riviera area (lots of one piece bathing suits there), down Italy, (maybe I'll rent a Vespa on Sardenia for a day) and then London. My timing is terrible because I would've loved to meet up with other FZ6 Forum riders during August.

They have nice motorcycle parking inside the garage.

I can cancel the second night if I change mind with 48 hours notice and get deposit back. I figure you don't see Vegas everyday and since I work with building design it might be a great chance to sight-see some of the snazzy buildings there are in Vegas. Also, the lovely female population of Vegas might not wish to see me leave after but one night's stay!

I heard a stand-up comic do a routine about "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". He was going on about how much he hates tourists coming to Vegas and acting foolish and annoying the piss out of the locals. He took the opportunity to explain that "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" doesn't actually mean that. All that it means is that, "listen, if you cheat on your wife we won't tell anyone".

I would say the 5th around noon or 1 pm. Probably spending the night somewhere around LA on the 4th.

Planning to head out of Vegas on the morning of the 4th. Head towards LA via I-15 Slab until we peel off towards Angeles Crest Hwy with a lunch stop with Oslo2k (maybe)

I'm just wondering how far north we are going on PCH? I would like to reserve a room somewhere. Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Monterrey?

Damn, that Resort Fee is a freaking rip off! You can avoid paying that if you just stay in an ordinary hotel/motel off the strip but what fun would that be? Staying on the strip, you can get by walking, no need for cabs.

I can show you where you can eat cheap.
