I have a lightly used GYTR Yamaha belly pan in Cobalt Blue I pulled from my 08. Only has seen one riding season. No dings, chips, cracks, or anything of that nature. I do not have installation instructions, but it's self explanatory to what bolts it connects to once you put it under the bike...
I have a lightly used set of stainless scorps I pulled from my 08. They've only seen about 700 miles. I have installation instructions and original boxes to go with them. Here are some pictures of them on the bike. $450 shipped. Sorry USA only.
Guys/Gals, Selling my bike. I was obsessed with her, (now the DUCATI), so she is super clean. If your wondering, I may part out the exhaust and belly pan, but not yet....
2008 Yamaha FZ6 Cobalt Blue. 3,800 miles. Adult owned, maturely ridden. Meticulously maintained. All services up to date...

My interest in style of motorcycles has been increasingly getting the best of me over the last year or so, so I've decided to put the FZ6 up for sale, but not before I purchased my next bike. I recently came across a minty 07 DUCATI Monster S2R 1000. I was close to going naked with the fz, but...
I've checked into the other threads about trailering, securing in pickup, blah., etc........ I have a wheel chock bolted to the floor of my truck bed for the front tire and want to tie the bike down from the frame motormounts instead of the usual handlebar spot.Just preference. Ok to use the...
this past weekend i participated in an advance skills training class in a closed parking lot. Half way through the class one of the instructors finds an open ended nut on the ground and stated it fell off someones bike. Apparently they sweep the lot before the class to take get rid of gravel...
I'm considering a naked conversion. I have no complaints with the front fairing. Maybe i'm becoming obsessed with the craze taking place, which may be good, because naked bikes and streetfighters are catching on in the states it seems. But for those of you do that have done it, do you wish you...
Was working on the rear indicators/tag light tonight and in about a two hour period i turned the ignition on/off maybe 10 ten times. Finished up and tried to fire it up and all i get is blurp, chug, blurp. Bike turns over, no starty, wont run. Bogged down with fuel?
the fe kit i'm installing included a mini led license plate light. I'm not electrical savvy by any means. Common sense told me to wire it to the existing tag light wires. Duh. I tried this and didnt have any luck, wont light. Any way to test the led by taking the bike out of the equation, to...
what is the quality like on these parts? nifty little video to show off their fz line, completely retarded music. YouTube - ERMAX on Fz6
i especially like their undertail! Its exactly what i've been looking for to simplify the rear of the bike. Has anyone purchased this part?
Whats going to be new to manufacturer lineups in 2011? A lot of hype come and gone for the fz8. But what about the others? Kawasaki, suzuki, ducati, etc. Havent seen much yet on the magazine rack. I love when the bar gets raised every new riding season.
My wife and I just got back from a few days in la jolla ca........ While walking past a cafe in the village this morning, there it sat. The silver beast i had seen and first HEARD the day before but couldnt get a good look. I instantly had a boner as it went by because it proceeded to set off...
As I get some miles into this bike i'm beginning to notice some slop in what i think is the throttle. After shifting into a low gear, when i close and open the throttle it takes more of a twist of the wrist to engage the gear than i believe it did when the bike had less miles on it. I'm sure...
as meticulous careful as one can be with a bike on the road (or garage), chit is going to get banged up, scratched, dented, gouged. I always freak about my first scratch, but feel better when i get it over with. Plus the scars always have a story. I've got a nice little scratch in my swing arm...
With the addition of aftermarket cans, does the bike lose low end grunt because of change in backpressure? Enough to notice? This question relates to just muffler replacement and not adding a cat elim pipe or adding a high flow filter.
