I noticed after I took the bars off, when reinstalling the clamps have a little arrow on each clamp. Are those supposed to point toward the front of the bike? I assume so but I just thought I would ask to make sure. Thanks!

Just bought the bike and looks like the PO took out those inserts. Does anyone know how to put these back in? Looks like you just push them in and put the hex bolt back. I see there is resistance, do you tap them in or what? Any info greatly appreciated!! Thanks
