Leo Vince Silencer inserts question

Just bought the bike and looks like the PO took out those inserts. Does anyone know how to put these back in? Looks like you just push them in and put the hex bolt back. I see there is resistance, do you tap them in or what?

Yeah, all you do is push them in and use the hex bolt to secure them in there.

They do give a good amount of resistance.... better that way so no vibration.

I usually push them in with a rag so as not to bother my hand.

Taking them out I use a pliers wrapped with some electrical tape so as not to scratch them

just push them in with your hands, and make sure the bolt hole is lined up

if you have climber grip like me then you can just pull and carefully wiggle them out with your fingers
