About $1300 before tax. That's based on a quick look at one of the cheaper OEM parts websites. And that is staying with the same style, change to a different year's fairings would mean new mounting brackets, if it is even possible to fit them properly.
I'm sure the price difference is more to do with the cost of labor and business law compliance, than quality. My guess is that the quality is pretty similar.
Very nice! Looks like what I did, except I went a little lower in the front to go around the Yamaha logo. It really makes the bike look soooooo much better.
I like my Ermax. The fit is good and the quality is excellent. They have it available painted in Yamaha colors. I can't comment on the color/paint quality, as I got mine unpainted.

They show two different styles for 2004-2006 and 2007-2009. I have a "2007-2009" design on my...
Did you also get the bracket kit? It is sold separately.
Otherwise, I don't know how it fits on. It looks like the kit is universal, so there is probably a lot of trial and error to get the fit just right.
Thanks. Yeah, the cowl is pretty easy to take off. There are two bolts on either side near the front of the cowl, so I carry the hex key in my jacket so if I need to get under the seat, I can do it anywhere. The rear of the cowl hooks under the grab rails and that takes a little finesse to...

They have covers for both sides and they are available in black as well.
I wish I could be part of the group buy, but I already have them!
Absolutely top notch. They really clean up the bike and don't look cheap like all the other flushies I've seen.
I've painted my windshield. I have the 2004 and now it looks like I have a normal windshield. It's painted on the outside to match the paint I also sprayed on the fairing.

Here you go. It all went pretty well for a $25 paint job. I repaired some scratches and cracks in the fairing, so some paint was in order. I used SEM Color Coat, Satin Black #15243.
P.S.- Someones gonna catch that I don't have the rear hugger on, I'm going to be cutting it down similar to...
As a long time lurker, I figured it was time to share some of my mods now. Currently I am painting all of my black fairing satin black. All I have are pictures of parts, but I'll share the finished pics when they are all put back on. :D
Oh, by the way, I have a 2004 silver FZ6. And thank you...
