I've had my bike for about 2 months now and have only had to fill it up twice.. The first time I got an average of 53mpg and the 2nd time it came out to 60mpg! My 04 always got 40mpg no matter what... I could do all city, all highway or a combo of the 2 and it always did 40mpg.. My 04 was naked...

One Word... VTEC :) Seriously though, the VFR is a bad ass bike and choosing between the 2 just based on possible top speed is a bit rediculous.. You will prob never see the top speed of either of them.. If I could find a pearl white vfr at the right price I would snag it without a 2nd...

Try to find the strips on Ebay.. I got them from China and they were beyond cheap! Like 2 or 3 bucks a piece!

Here you go.. The led strips are black so you really cant see them at all thru the screen..

I also have some orange strips and was thinking of doing the exact same thing, but since I plan on adding orange leds to the empty headlight sockets and already have mirror signals, I opted against it.

There has to be some effect on height.. My 04 felt a lot lower than my 06 does.. OR maybe the 06 feels alot higher than the 04 :) Either way I think it has to do with the suspension settings, and since I have no idea what setting either bike was on, I base this on absolutely nothing :)

Call a salvage yard and see what they will offer you for it.. Double that figure for the retail price

Get a multi meter and test the prongs while the bike is on and while using turn signals and see what its all about...

you should put bandaids over them when you go running
