The "best & worst" of 2008!

Ok folks, the year is nearly done and I thought it might be a bit of fun for us to recall some best and worst moments of 2008. To make it easy, I have come up with 5 categories for you to list your best & worst of 08.

1. Song
2. Sporting moment, Event, Team, or Individual.
3. Movie
4. Motorbike / Car
5. TV Show (including pay tv)

All these categories are pretty harmless and easy so let's hear your thoughts.

I will get things started.....

1. Best song - anything by the presets

Worst song - anything by Pink!

2. Best sporting moment - Troy Bayliss taking pole, and both race wins in his last races in the WSBK before retiring....awesome till the end!

Worst sporting moment- Any F1 race...... They all are the same! Boring!

3. Best Movie - The Dark Knight.

Worst movie - the new X files movie....such a big fan, and this was crap!

4. Best bike - Ducati 1198! Yum!

Worst bike - Honda DN-01.... Cross between a bike and a scooter.... Make your minds up boys..... Butt ugly too!

5. Best TV Show - Long Way Down series / Ewan McGregor and his buddy on their bike trip....... Spoilt buggers, but hey if I had the cash j would be doing it!

Worst TV Show - Neighbours! Absolute dribble!

• Best - Michael Phelps taking the eigth Gold medal
• Worst - Luc Boudon - Canucks NHL Player, motorcycle death

3. Movie

• Best - Dark Knight
• Worst - Beverly Hills Chihuahua (I did not see it nor will I ever!)

4. Motorbike / Car

• Best - Bike = 2008 FZ6 of course! Car = Audi A4 2.0 T
• Worst - Bike = Aprilia Shiver - big let down! Car = Jeep Wrangler Ltd.

5. TV Show (including pay tv)

• Best - Fringe
• Worst - Knight Rider

Worst Sporting Moment: Canada's medal count at the Olympics...Jeesh!

3. Best Movie: Kung Fu Panda and Sex in the City
Worst Movie: Wall-e

4. Best Bike Striple Car Challenger SRT
Worst bike BKing Car Smart car, ugly little fugger and useless up here.

5. Best TV show anything by Jeff Dunham ////EDIT had to come back in and add Corner Gas, Canadian show and completely hilarious
Worst TV show Anything on the Family Channel that my tween girl watches. But especially That's so Raven

• Best - Bike = 2008 FZ6 of course! Car = Mustang
• Worst - Bike = Hyosung 250R ( mostly the dealers fault) Car = anything that came from GM.

5. TV Show (including pay tv)

• Best - LOST
• Worst - Hard to say since if I don't like it I don't watch it.

Worst: Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Best: (Car) Alfa Romeo Mito. (Bike) Ducati Desmosedici
Worst: (Car) The "All New" Ford Focus. (Bike) The cheap POS Chinese scooter a friend bought, truly unsafe at any speed.

Best: Time Warp (I'm a nerd.)
Worst: Knight Rider

Worst - I Don't Care by Apocalyptica - So ruined my image of them

Best - Phelps' record. Dude is a fish in a humans body.
Worst - The olympics as a whole sucked bad

Best - Quantum of Solace (I loved it)
Worst - Beverly Hills Chihuahua... I still think that dog would be better off playing a football. Punt the doggy!

4. Motorbike / Car
Best - Bike = 2008 Bimota DB7
Worst - Bike = Honda DN-01 - it is so ugly even it's mommy rejected it

5. TV Show
Best - House
Worst - Hannah Montana - How can disney pay for a multiple personality disordered child to sing? They should send her to the psych ward to get that fixed.

3 things are clear already, the Honda DN-01 is an abomination, Michael Phelps is a freak of nature!, and the Dark Knight is a great film!

Yes, I'm serious. Have you seen that insane exhaust?! Looks like a bumble bee giving birth.

And the scoops? They do not fit the shape/style of the bike....

But this is just my opinion.

have you seen one in the flesh! Ugliest bike I have seen for years, only surpassed by Honda DN-01! It's about 8foot wide at the front. Just my HO.

Makes Yamaha's beastly but beautiful MT01 look like a bikini model in comparison!

I couldnt agree more :thumbup: , the BKing's are 2nd only to the hideous DN-01.....Both bikes were designed after a drunken Japanese karaoke christmas party im sure of it....... No sober or sane man is capable of such vile disgusting looks (except maybe Harley Davison designers :thumbup then again dont the Japanese own most of them aswell :don'tknow:...... Not picking on Japanese designers , because they make gorgeous looking bikes..... Just these two clowns that should lay off the Sake and hang their heads in shame...... As for the MT-01 , well :drool: it's in the running for my next bike
