An amazing picture Adee, definately worth waiting for

Ok Martin I got a shot, that muddy track is just dusty now and it leads down to this spoton the local creek called the dog pond. The next shot i took was just after a big labrador had run
past the heron on the right and jumped in making the reflection totally unrecognisable.

having a little trouble with my web connection gonna reboot and then post

Anyway if its ok I reckon we stick with the challenge of : a kid on or next to your bike, and maybe as its coming up to THAT time of year: your bike with santa or his sleigh and reindeer

It would make a great BOTM photo

Next challenge: a kid on or next to your bike, or : your bike with santa or his sleigh and reindeer

Hey guys, sorry if I'm out of line in any way...but I'm brand new to the forum and would definitely love to help resurrect this game...especially since weather is warming a good bit (and winter never really hit here in Texas).

I can try for the kid next to my bike, but since Christmas has passed, what are the chances for naming a new challenge to replace Santa? Or perhaps new year, all new challenges?

This good?

If so... Next challenge is Your bike standing up by itself! No help from its kickstand or centerstand. Preferably not leaning on your house. Get out there and ride! Bonus points if the bike is standing via the rear wheel sunk in the sand, dirt, mud etc.

*bump*

Your bike and a child, or your bike standing on its own...

In the interest of The Game, can we issue new, more attainable challenges?

Since the last challenge was posted on Feb 15 and no one has been able to meet that challenge.....

Hopefully upshiftoverdrive will see this and issue a new one ? :)

OK, well since nobody was brave enough to try my first challenge, I will issue a new one. :D Being St. Patrick's day, I feel it right to do something to do with the holiday.

Next challenge:

Your bike with some sort of St. Patrick's day festivities.

Bonus points if you run out and get the photo today! Also if you are able to get someone, or some people in full holiday costume to pose with your bike!

Good luck! :)

If nobody else can contribute, I'll submit MY festivities.

I've never been big on the mainstream bar scene, and i don't drink when riding so...this is what i do every year!

this is the MCG, (Melbourne Cricket Ground) hallowed ground in Melbourne for Aussie Rules footy and Cricket, of course!FZ6 @ MCG.jpg

so if you feel it qualifies, how about your bike near the main door of a church with steeple visible, mosque with a minaret or temple and stupa

My bike at the front of the original First Baptist Church of Grapevine:

Historical tidbit:

If accepted, how about your bike and a theatre marquee?
