You know, I was chewing gum while riding once. My helmet's cheek pads push in on my cheeks...I ended up biting my cheek badly, so never again.

Rest up and hydrate. There will be places not to far apart to stop and buy water once you're in the area. So you don't have to carry a lot.


Remember there will be LEO's on the mountain so let's keep away from paper work! haha.
I rode the mountain yesterday and there are few spots with debri, so be alert!

Temps weren't to bad and I went later in the morning. Hopefully it won't be too hot.

For any SD riders, I am meeting up with a co-worker in Mira Mesa at 8ish to leave at 8:15 to get to the gas station at the 15/76. Let me know if you want to join us for the "pre-meet-up party." haha

We are meeting at the Shell gas station off Mira Mesa Blvd and the 15. It is west of the freeway, on the north-west corner of WestView Pkwy and Mira Mesa Blvd.
