I actually prefer the diversion to the older FZ6. I loved riding that FZ6R, just didn't feel as peaky as ours, and just as good. Needs a few things to compare to the newer FZ6 though
FinalImpact has got it right down on the money. I did three sets in one afternoon by hand. I even bought a mity vac thing from the automotive store and i hate it. By hand is so much better. Now i love the idea of getting silicone hose. I used plastic and it sucked.
I would have to imagine with 14000 rpm in only a quarter turn it would be immensely harder to control the power precisely. I've only ever heard of cruisers having them, never a 600cc sport bike.

Before doing any spring changes ride it before you decide. I had 1.00's in my bike then added the intiminators and I was shocked the bike was almost like a piece of 2x4 up front, stiffer then a tree.
