Is all good, i got out this morning for my now regular Thursday morning run! Was pretty bloody decent too!!! Need a new front hoop though...even got one waiting for me at Boltons...am thinking tomorrow might be the day to run the front wheel down and get it sorted...

Can ride Saturday & Sunday though...am thinking Sunday brunch run...

Actually I did see a few horsies when I stopped to water a very dry looking shrub, and I'm no expert, but when I left the look in their eyes said they respect me even more:bow::eyebrow::disapprove::BLAA::ban:.

Yeah my front tyre is screwed as well!!! But there is still plenty of grip there...should of got it replaced today!!!
