Another fun ride!!!!

Went to Mechanicsville today to meet my friend and rode out to Williamsburg. We took the boat ferry across the water to pick up route 10. The ferry was so smooth never felt any jerky motion - at all! No tie downs needed whatsoever! Went about 130 miles today and the weather was perfect. Took a few pics to share with everyone - Hope you dig!:Flash:

That would be the Leo Vince exhaust, they're good, but not quite as loud as the 2Bros. I have Leo's on mine, very happy with them.

I have what Stumbles said and I do recommend it if your looking for aftermarket exhaust.

I machined a power outlet holder with an integrated throttle cable holder out of stainless plate and installed it where the old cable holder went. I used a marine grade outlet from a boating store. DBZ cracks me up - so juvenile.

I actually used a plastic fishing pole holder from a boat store. It clips right on the handle bars(got the 06 clamps). Used industrial grade velcro to keep it on. It works like a champ.:thumbup: I use the Nuvi 200 - has everything I need.

That ferry was free! You just had to wait in line. We waited about 5-10 minutes to board. Glad you dig!

Lol, me too.
Over here there is a ferry out to Kangaroo Island just south of Adelaide and some GPS's show that as a road too

Very Nice photos I have been to Williamsburg once as part of a vacation. Sounds like a great day!

I did white water canoeing in the Chesepeake Bay, Gettysburg, DC(cool Star Wars Exhibit), my favorite part was Busch Gardens (roller coasters and cute fuzzy animals)

Hey before I ask this question and sound stupid or ignorant I am new to bikes. But i couldn't help but notice on the FZ6 you had a GPS unit and also had a what looked like a cig lighter the unit was plugged into. Is that hard to do? I mean install a cig light to plug stuff to.

Hey before I ask this question and sound stupid or ignorant I am new to bikes. But i couldn't help but notice on the FZ6 you had a GPS unit and also had a what looked like a cig lighter the unit was plugged into. Is that hard to do? I mean install a cig light to plug stuff to.

It is not difficult to install a cigarette lighter. It was a little difficult machining the stainless steel plate. It is a tough metal. I'm not a fan of corrosive metals, though, so I did not mind a little extra difficulty. One of the things I really like about having the cig lighter, is being able to plug the charger directly into it without having to lift the gas tank to access the battery.:thumbup: If you install a cig lighter, just make sure the center conductor goes to the positive battery side and the inside wall of the lighter to the negative. It is a good idea to put an inline fuse to the positive post.(5 to 10 amps would probably be more than any devices you may hook up). Hope that helps.:Flash:
