This has probably been brought up before, but just wanted to throw it out there. I am a proud owner of an 09 FZ6. After they discontinued this model and replaced it with the R, I lost a lot of respect for Yamaha. I understand making room for the FZ8 and 9, which makes sense. But then why downgrade the FZ6 with the R model? Is it about cutting their bottom line and appealing to the masses? That thing looks down right cheap, from the swing arm to the exhaust pipe, head light, tubular frame, smaller tire, etc. I was in a showroom just last week and the salesman admitted that the R sucked. They didnt even have one, in stock. They took an awesome bike and ruined it.
