ya u can def tell the parts look cheaper compared to what we're used to. but it is a beginner bike imo and will be sold after a year anyway....btw it comes with a long warranty anyway. i was very impressed with it.
If the parts fail for some reason while riding, warranty is the last thing i would be thinking about......
Long warranties dont mean much if the bike is going to be in the shop most of the time!
My experince with Kia (same deal, Korean manufacturer, good price, long warranty...) has not been that good. It takes a long time to get it fixed (the local dealers have to have authorization from the Korean HQ for warranty work!!) and the same part (ventilator fan bearing) has failed three times. And now it is on its way out again. Rear windshiled wiper assembly has been replaced twice!!
In comparison, Mazda also went through the same introductory warranty deal in US. I got one (B2600 pick up) and never had to use the warranty even once in 5 years. You could tell it was a cheaper built vehicle from interior, comapred to the Hondas and Toyotas of those days, but it was built to last. It was made in Japan. Kia is still a good average car, the experince (may be in comparisn) has been a little frustrating.
So I would check the reports from their domestic markets and other parts of the world really well before deciding on it, even if it is a beginners bike. They had apparently built some Suz bikes for Suz but those designs and parts were by Suz. This one is designed and mfg by them alone. Just a caution, dont go by price and looks alone, do your reaserch, especially if you are a beginner.
My opinion, for a beginner, a used reliable known bike is better than a new cheap one. Problems could exist in both, but in one case history, reports and parts availability make me more comfortable. Besides, if I have to, I would rather drop a used bike than a new shiny one, even if it is a cheap one. Less psychological damage ....

Thats just me!
