FZ-6 Mods, what do you think?

Hi guys and girls, I'm from Zimbabwe and currently studying in South Africa. I started riding dirt bikes from a very young age and this is my first road bike, never thought I'd have the chance to get one! Never thought it would be this great, what a machine! This site is awesome, and i love going through all the different pic's and forums on here! I've made some mod's to it and thought you might like to have a look. The pipes are unique to South Africa, company called Airage. Sound just like Two Bros pipes but cost 1/5 of the price. I bought them here for R2,700, the two bros cost just over R10000. Other mods include Performance air filter, touring screen (i'm 6ft 4), flush mounted indicators, home designed rear indicators, 2 Givi 40Ltr panniers, crash bobbins and finally an aftermarket tail mount. What do you think?

I bought it from givi when i order my panniers, made a world of difference.. Especially since it was winter

Those side bags are great! :thumbup: Very nice FZ. It's great that there is so many after market goodies for our motor cycles. I have bought some things from Canada,, USA, Australia and the UK. Wow I just realized that. There is a bunch of countries that have made my FZ6 even beter. :welcome: :iconbeer:

I chose the v40s, simply because i put extra fuel in them when i do really long distance where there are no fuel stations such as home in Zimbabwe. The mounting brackets come with the panniers, buch are quite expensive. They are however a rock solid and actually don't affect the performance badly. I did a 230Km/hr run fully loaded, and she still loves the corners too with them.. Here are some pictures of the brackets and panniers with the stock indicators still on..

If you guys are interested in these cans for your FZ i can make a plan and have them sent across to you, I'll take a video of the bike and the noise and post it on youtube so you can hear what she sounds like. The cost won't be much, especially since the rand to dollar exchange is so good for you guys in the states at vthe moment. Let me know numbers?

Congrats man. They are the nicest exhausts I've seen for the FZ6. Wish I'd seen them before I bought my shiny Scorpions! I love the fact that your cans and indicators are totally unique. No-one has got mods like that yet from what I've seen. Well done. :rockon:

Can see have a vid of the indicators working too? I'd also be interested in seeing how visible they are from the side (probably not much)!
