Clutch Slave Lever

I installed one for a friend yesterday. Took pics to show the new angle of the cable for those who are wondering about that. As you can see, the inner cable will slightly rub the barrel adjuster. I rode mine that way for a while with no problems, so he felt to leave it alone rather than try to bend the hanger. Sorry if the rain makes the pics hard to see.

Re: To Anyone Who Needs A Clutch Slave Arm

Fitted mine today and Definitely an improvement over stock

Re: To Anyone Who Needs A Clutch Slave Arm

I know. I was hoping for a second opinion/confirmation.

Looks like nobody else installed one yet. To me, it's a huge difference. I lubed my cable the same day I installed it too, so it was ultra buttery compared to the stock feel. Stay tuned... someone else will chime in, I'm sure.

The second picture I assume is the longer lever, is it?

It looks like it seats BETTER than the original on the engine mount..

Thanks,

The angle looks fine coming out... Seems YOU found the "FIX" for the short engagement zone!! :)

(I have this thread saved for later use-and it will be!) .

Right folks,
There is no need for hostility, rudenss or anyone taking umbrage over posts in this thread.
Its always hard to read someones intent from mere words, jokes fall flat and throw away lines come back to haunt you.

I moderate this thread and if you all can't keep it nice, I will close it-PERIOD!

First and only warning!
