It's June 2010! Who do you think will win?

USA will play England for their first game. I will root for team USA, but my money is on Brazil.

For those forum members who are from the countries that I left out, I apologize as you have no shot!

Too bad Norway didn't qualify and England can't play as well as they compose music ("Three Lions" is THE best anthem, by far!), so I have to go for Italy. I think they will defend their title (as they did in 1938). :cheer:

My heart & patriotism wants to say Australia. But IMO reality is if Australia can make the round of 16 again, its job done. I do dream however that they can make the quarter finals.

Even though I love watching Brazil I hope they do not even make the final.

Cannot really pick a winner, but think it will be out of France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Brazil or Argentina :thumbup:

Germany is always a strong team, as well as Brazil.
Spain, as well as Portugal, have great teams but, unfortunately, they never manage to get really far...

Argentina have Messi, which could make a big difference, and as I have read the opinion of many, Maradona will always be a player. Now could they manage to get far this time - Maradona will always be in the spot line either they do good or bad.

Could France play as a team? Could Italy repeat this year (without "hat-tricks")

Is this England's time?

I would like a team to make history. I voted Ivory Coast. Another team to keep an eye on will be Paraguay!!!!

Is this England's time? No

My tip is Spain, current euro champions. So they "now" know how to win a tournament they should do well.

Argentina with Maradona as manager.........umm not sure, but should go far. Maybe semi's.

USA against England..........I think will be a close game as a few of the USA players now play in Europe so should benefit them. But I think England will just nudge it 2-1.
