Hi,
long time ago since I've posted something, but the title might explain why. Work sent me to Paris for the last 3 months and driving a cage is completely nuts in Paris.
But what is even more nuts are all those bikers, driving from the hotel or to the customer is each time a delight for...
Unless your wife/girlfriend/partner also likes to ride :)
Went to the local motorcycle dealer to have a look, and all of a sudden she said, look that one is nice. And she was pointing to a black FZ1
Greets
Also went to Greece on holiday this year, the lovely island Zakynthos, and indeed I too was amazed by the no gear driving style. But then again, you will see lots of tourists who had rented a scooter and clearly they were not wearing decent gear and they end up with lots of bandages and...
Sounds like the protest ride we did yesterday to demand decent roads in Belgium. About 3500 motorcycles joined this ride which set up by a dad for his son who was injured really bad due to bad roads.
We drove from the expo in Ghent to the place of the accident on the other side in Ghent, so...
Yep lots of great places to ride in Germany, Eiffel is also a very good place for twisty roads but a lot more Police on the road their.
Ow and not to forget no speed limit on the highway
Not commenting on the EU Governance ...
The law however is sure up for discussing. I do find it a good matter for the gear thing, and using bus lanes provide the proper traffic sign is in place to be allowed to use the bus lanes as a motorcycle.
Having had 2 accidents already and twice...
I really like the idea of getting better insurance rates for wearing gear, it does make a lot of sense.
And no I'm not going to comment on the other replies. :spank:
Where did you get this information on the European riding test?
Although I do find the idea of mandatory training not bad but I'm wondering what else there is on the EU riding test, wouldn't the first time they screw things up.
A very good thing that decent gear is now mandatory, but I do have my doubts about the speed which we should watch when driving trough traffic congestion. The last thing I'm going to do is check my speedo, doing that is a receipt for disaster. Of course I do slow when going between all those...
Get well soon and hopefully a new set of wheels soon.
Maybe we can use the social networks for this, companies are beginning to get sensitive for them. I've already tracked down a guy in my field of work on Linked'in. I will drop him a post and try to get an internal good contact at Michelin...
Yes do change and perhaps add an user customizable theme for those who don't like the new layout and colors.
Ow and why does the garage have an interior section ... :p
And to those who execute the upgrade, good luck, I'll keep Murphy locked up
