3 Years with 43,000 Kms on the clock, riding in temps ranging from -15c to +35c and my orig battery is still going strong. The starter still ticks over very quickly. Thanks for the replies. I do have a bit of brake drag (a bit more than normal) but nothing to write home about. I have a feeling they forgot to do the throttle sync after the valve adjustment or just didn't do it very well. I've ordered a Morgan Carbtune so I can take my time to do it myself...

No but I use 'Real time traffic' which lets me know about traffic and speed traps. I also use Waze.
