Last night i just couldnt fall asleep and it was pissing me off so i made a little drawing/animation. I was angry and needed to "express" that anger before i could relax and fall asleep i guess, haha...

Haha, well i had no caffeine, i dont smoke...Just my mind wouldnt go to rest, so i used it I mean if its gonna stop me from sleeping i might as well do something creative with it right, lol...

Try some OTC melatonin before bed or 25mg of Benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL), maybe even some valium 1/2hour before bed.
