Oh well, I'll just sit here and indulge in some Woodstock Bourbon and then pass out.

Well - could have posted many more times in the last 24 hours, Jamie?.....
You're gonna be top poster within 2 days!
And he's West Australian! :cheer:Oh yeah... GO HOLDEN!!!! Garth Tander pulls it out on day 1. Lets see what happens tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with that - I've lost count of the kahlua and milks tonight.Hmm, look at that, an Aussie talking about alcohol again... Who woulda thunk it :BLAA:

Actually, after going to look at about 9 Holden dealerships and what seemed like 1000's of Omegas, Calais and Statos today - I'm a little over Holdens.![]()

5/5 races for Holden this year!

I really don't care why Holden are winning, just as long as they are!Holdens are only winning this year, cause ford has pulled all of it's factory support this year, hence half the field that were in fords last year, jumping ship to Holden....and I am not saying that cause I drive a ford... I am saying that cause it's a fact! Nice to see Garth win today, lovely guy, and a great racer!

Well, I hope he gets his XJR back before we ride down South on Friday - I don't want a tank bag on my bike and I don't want to use the OGIO backpack, even though it's quite comfortable.
Surprising how much stuff we can get in the GIVI on the XJR. If he has to ride the Speed Triple down there then I will either have to use the tank bag or cut my clothing, toiletries etc by half!
C'mon, I'm a woman - I need my make up, perfume, hair straighteners, copious amounts of clothing (might be 2 nights, but I need options....), the list goes on and on.
Pleeeeeese get the XJR back - I'll never call it an "armchair" again....![]()
FJR 1300 - now that definitely is a fugley old mans bike!Sounds like someone eldse really likes the comforts of the XJR, which just goes to show, the ol' armchair has it's place, and is probably is a bike of choice for the more sensible amongst us! Yikes, i dont believe i wrote that...
But, there are even more sensible choices out there, like the FJR 1300 and it's like....boats with wheels!!!!
Having said that, the FZ6 is a pretty comfy tourer when set up with luggage, etc, and does the job admirably....i know this, cause i have done about 15000km's with my FZ6 set up as a tourer, with a screen, top box, etc, and it works!
As for you girls having to take the kitchen sink with ya.....T.U.P.

If I like touring, I will set it up with possibly a top box, just depends how long we go away for.
As for the kitchen sink, I'll be strong and leave that at home![]()
No way!
That's coming with me![]()
A woman would sympathise with me.....T.U.P.
Leave the 1/2 tonne of make up behind instead then, and just take some spakfilla(foundation), war paint (eyeliner, eye shadow, & lipstick), and just the shampoo & conditioner...leave the treatment, and heat protectant behind!
Oh hang on, you will need the heat protectant stuff, if you are taking the straightener, you dont want dry, fly away hair!
