congrats!!! i am looking into going back, and i am debating an IT or Business path, I work in product marketing in an IT company, so both should be covered by our reimbursement plan.

Yeah, when I hired on with my current employer a few years ago, the education reimbursement plan was one of the perks to why I decided to hire with them. They don't cover everything, but it's more than enough.

As for the school, I chose the University of Phoenix's online degree program. I used to be a college instructor a few years back, and I taught both day and evening classes. The evening classes generally contained working adults. After seeing them drag in after a long day's work, I figured that I really didn't want to have to deal with going to classes in the evening after I finished at my job. The online classes pretty much allowed me to do my studies at almost any time that I chose. It seemed to work out ok.

Thanks everyone for your kind words and encouragement. Even though I'm moving on to the Master's program soon, I am seeing the light at the end of the very long tunnel. Once everything is said and done, I'm sure that I'll be able to put my education to good use.

Tonight I just finished my last online class for my Bachelor's degree in IT! I should get my diploma in a few weeks. For those of you who work and go to school, you know what kind of laborious process this can be. However, I'm only going to have a month to a month and a half break before I go back to school and hit the books again for my Master's. :tard:

Remember: When we go to basic school, we learn a little about everything, then we go to collage and learn a bit more about fewer issues, University then teaches us even more about one thing, - and when we graduate,- we know everything about nothing.
