The "Off Topic" thread...

Did something last night, i have not ever done before....do 3 Swimsuit competitions in 3 venues in 1 night! Yep, it all started at 7pm, and finished by 12.30am...it was a logistical masterpiece, with myself managing to compere all 3 events...

Drove through 3 breatho's in my travels....watched a major "undercover" police operation being carried out in front of me for half the night...had to deal with about 40 "it's all about me" models, and 3 "pageant mums" (never fun....delusional at best, outright evil at worst!), 2 jealous boyfriends, and 1 microphone that decided that it would cut out intermittently, whilst i was announcing winners to a drunk crowd of clubbers, who were "baying for blood"....gotta love it when you work in the northern suburbs of Adelaide...

Sounds like the Northern Suburbs of Hobart!! I am going to a fancy dress tonight, it was so hard, had to go as something beginning with R. I was the only one to have a costume out of my family till about 10 minutes ago. I am going as a Racedriver (borrowing a mates racesuit), Wife is a reporter, Daughter is a ragdoll and my little boy will be Rory Sloane from the mighty Adelaide Crows!!! Now I just gotta be in an OK condition after the footy this arvo to be capable of attending. Its funny how these things fall in to place when you stop stressing about it!!

+1 on that....baggy shorts with long legs, like boardies...dont want any trouser snakes poking their heads out for a look either!
