I will be meeting up with my brother Rob (FZ1), Chad (FZ6) and a good friend from out of town Tim (RTV1000)

McBean Pkwy to Big Bear, CA - Google Maps

If anyone would like to meet up at any point in this ride let me know.
I will also be heading home to SD after Big Bear. Maybe hit Banner Grade
depending on time.

Funny cuz Bryan and I were texting each other today about a ride on Weds. and I said we could contact you to go with us. Then I checked the weather for Weds. and said to myself Sat. looks good on the ten day forecast....:tard:

I'd love to go but can't make it that weekend.

I have a race coming up the following weekend (1/2 marathon) - and I ran yesterday - this is my chill weekend.

I've been on many of these organized group rides down in Southern Cal. I would have to say that they are very organized and everyone is geared up!

Minimize the risk of injuries by wearing as much safety gear as possible
just in case something happens. Remember, all it takes is one incident to ruin a great ride. And knowing that the injuries may have been avoided by having the right gear is a reason to ensure everyone that something minor won't turn into something major.
