Hey Dave, I won't be joining you guys this time as Wavex and I are going South to ride Julian, etc.

Next time for sure, plan another before the snow closes CA-2 for the Winter.

This ride is for the pure enjoyment of the ride. Like all group rides safety in #1. Because of the length of this ride, we will stop many times along the way with lunch at Newcombs Ranch. As we head up into Big Bear HWY 138 becomes really tight with blind corners and whatever road hazards there may be. We will ride at a safe speed for all conditions.

I will PM my cell # to everyone to ensure the group stays together.

I will be coming off the 126 and head to the lake hughs exit and be at the McDonalds. Is it ok to meet me there at 9 - 9:15. It is easier than heading back to Lyons ave.

Well, my front fender mounted key fob cam didn't work to well, vid looks like its under some river rapids. The rear one looks a little better and its mounted on the swing arm. I'm going to switch cameras next time and see if that makes a difference. Here's a little sample from the rear cam--

Nice pics Jerry. I do love your tiny swingarm cam - especially when it's filming me!

I just got home - great ride! It was very dirty with medium to large size rocks - like fist-sized to cantaloupe-sized - after the tunnels east of Newcomb's. Mostly on the eastbound lanes, I would add.

I clocked nearly 250 miles door to door. Good ride!
