I received my Rizoma rear sets the other day from PJ's (woot PJ's rules :rockon
, but I have a small problem with getting the brake light switch to work for the rear break lever and need help from those of you that have done this mod.
The problem I'm having is with the angle that the switch has with the spring. Because I can't angle the switch/spring properly, when the brake is pressed, the spring doesn't pull on the switch correctly as it should.
I'm curious to know what others have done. I see in a post from DefyInertia that he drilled a hole in the side in order to mount the brake light switch bracket in a different position. http://www.600riders.com/forum/fz6-general-discussion/1705-bike-house-rizoma-rearsets-pics.html
I have an idea to use a L-bracket (see pic below), but before doing all that I would like to hear back from you all that have done this mod.
