Yes, first time. Like any man, who was born in the Soviet Union, I always dreamed to visit America, look at real Americans, how they live and so on))) This time my family and I decided to spend our winter holiday in NY, and we did it! When I went out from the subway on the 49st I said "WOW!!!")))) It was amazing trip, really. I have been in many countries, but the States is something very different)))) Americans are very different, they are more friendly and polite than Russians. This is cool))))
I understand that NY does not reflect a life of real Americans. Its like Moscow - it is impossible to find out how Russians live visiting only Moscow or Saint Petersburgh. However, this experience was very interesting anyway)))

That's amazing! Reminds me of patterns I saw on a science documentary on sprites that occur during lightning strikes.....

Went from the beaches of SW Florida last Monday to 14" of snow this Monday......but I love it!
