New San Diego FZ6 Owner!

Hey everyone! My name is Brian and I just purchased my first motorcycle... a 2005 FZ6. I'm 31, and entirely new to motorcycles but so far i'm really enjoying it!

I already have some plans for the bike... planning on replacing the front headlight assembly with the FZ6N VS-1 kit, fender eliminator, new paint job on the tank, new clutch and brake levers, new seat, and exhaust. I'll start a separate build thread to track the progress.

Looking forward to many years of safe, enjoyable riding!

You'll find a really supportive group here for both technical and safety issues. If you are new to riding, have you considered taking the MSF course? It gets you started with all the good habits!

I have never seen another fz6 in California and i ride everyday! 15,000 miles in 11 months and i have only seen a single fz1!
