I bought the SW-Motech from Twisted Throttle but I don't remember what it came to total. I don't think the price ($144) has changed though. Pretty sure it was less than $160 delivered.

$39.00 For the Sears Top Case, came with mounting plate.

Paid $119.00 for the Givi FZ351 rack, and $59.00 for the Givi top plate. Ordered through Importations Thibault (Canada) and delivered to Pro Cycle (my local bike dealership in Halifax).

well i ordered mine monday after noon it it arrived yesterday, finish installing it last night " What a pain in the rear". I ended up paying $141. I met a givi distributor usa employee out in Reno. gave me a fair deal with free shipping and no tax so i went for it. The product looks like to be good quality, the only downside for me was the installation, the C Clamp braces did not line up right at the bottom
