FZ8 parts on an FZ6

Hey guys, I just finished installing the Givi e41 sidecases on my Fizzer using the Givi sidecase mounts. This requires a relocation of the stock turn signals via a bracket provided by Givi. I had to make a jumper wire to lengthen the stock signal wires in order to reach the disconnect in the left pod. The problem is, the relocated signals look like hell... I'm wondering, if I got my hands on the rear plate/signal mount from an FZ8 or FZ1, would it marry up to the FZ6?

anything is possible with a little fab work.. if you end up doing this, post pics
