I do it all the time... I think that because I started riding on a 2 stroke motocross bike, and you can't realy let them idle... And I love the sound of my two brothers.
I was at a light yesterday, and when I pulled away, I noticed the PT cruiser beside me was only like 3 or 4 car lengths behind me. At the next light he was like "I expected your bike to be faster with all that noise"... So then I lit it up across the intersection when it went green... I love this bike!
And, some dude in his austin martin decided to give me a run with his smoking hot gf in the car... Deffinately the fastest car I've come against so far, but it's funny what my $4000 does to his $100,000 lol.

I rev my engine all the time at stop lights. No exhaust or anything, just the only way to keep the bike from cutting off.
