So, I purchased AGV Solare mesh pants a while back and they lasted almost a year until the groin started to rip at the seams. This pretty much amounts to there being a hole in my 'special zone' but it was usually hidden so I just wore shorts. It progressively got larger so I sent an email to customer service. I sent in the gear and they are sending me new replacement pants. The description of issue provided in the ticket email that the customer service used was "Crotch Blowout"

It made me burst out laughing while I was at work.
Moral of story is... If you have a crotch blowout in your AGV solare mesh pants or perhaps any other agv pants, don't forget about your warranty or just contact customer service.
They were overall very helpful.
