Like Marty said it should not take more than 2 hours that's what it took me to replace cams. First remove fuel tank battery box and radiator.

Yes you would need new calipers and fender. Or you can do the r6 fork swap you also would need calipers and fender + spacers. If you need calipers I have a set. $50 shipped

the pipe may not fit they are not the same 04-06 and 07-09. if you get a 06 pipe i can trade you for an 07.
