Hello! I recently had an accident, and am working on returning my FZ6 to service. I came across an offer for 2009 forks, but I know some changes happened between 2006 and 2009 to the front forks. Would I need to buy e newer calipers as well? Are there other parts I would also need? Is this a sensible way to repair my crash damage?

Thanks guys!

Yes you would need new calipers and fender. Or you can do the r6 fork swap you also would need calipers and fender + spacers. If you need calipers I have a set. $50 shipped

So it's just forks, fender, and caliper, and it will bolt up with the stock brake lines, wheel, brake rotor, and triple tree? If so I may take you up on those calipers haha.

I have an 06 fork that did not work out for my 09 if your interested... replaced the oil before I realized the caliper mounts were different.
