I have a pair of ARCs as well. I like them but I'm looking to upgrade. The good: fit, large velcro pockets on the front, easy on easy off. The bad: the knee "armor" is kinda crappy and doesn't stay in place, thin textile (questionable protection), not waterproof. They are decent overpants...

A million guy points for me. I actually put together a spreadsheet for my wife that justified the "save gas $$$" argument when I bought my first bike. My bike owning buddies sure got a kick out of it. :D

I used to watch Superbikes but after a while it gets old- same stuff every week. Unfortunately you see too many younger riders stunting on public streets and highways- crazy. Gear up and find an empty parking lot!

My thoughts exactly. This is the bike I wanted originally but the cost + insurance was INSANE. It's such a great bike. I think you should have kept the white wheels though- they looked SICK.

Hey all- Dave from Clifton Park, NY, 38yrs old, new FZ6 owner (2009 Blue). Just came off of a 2007 DRZ400S- I was into dirt riding mostly but slowly found myself riding it on the road more than dirt this past year so.... Enter the FZ6! Loving this bike- can't wait to get through the break-in...

$6,700 OTD for 2009 with 0 miles. Picked up yesterday. Can't wipe the grin off my face.....:D
