I have a 2005 FZ6 that I am looking to sell/trade. I only have had the bike about 6 months. It has been great, but I am planning a dual sport trip next summer with my brothers, and I can only afford one bike.
Here are some details:
-just over 14k miles
-tires, sprockets, and chain are...
Thanks for the interest everyone, the m4 exhaust is gone. I got the stock on and sent off the m4 yesterday. The stock is MUCH quieter (I was surprised how quiet the bike is) but that is what I wanted.
Thanks again for the interest, and sorry to those that it didn't work out.
Ok, guys, the person first in line isn't going to be able to do it.
A couple questions I have gotten: I don't know what model years take what exhaust. Somebody has told me that the M4 exhaust will fit from '04-'08. I don't know if that is true, and if it is I assume the same could be said...
I have gotten a few PM's. The first to send me a pm has first dibs to see if we can make it work. If not, then I will let you all know.
Man, by the response I have gotten from this within the first day, I think I put the price too low.
I have had a couple requests asking for pictures. I will post something when I get home tonight.
There is nothing wrong with the exhaust (that I know of).
The only caveat is that the FZ6 is my only transportation, so unless you live within driving distance for the both of us, it would...

I am not a big fan of loud exhausts, so I am looking to trade for a stock exhaust plus some cash. I am located in...
I think most of the recent mac popularity is due to people jumping on a trendy bandwagon...people who use a computer for nothing more than email, web browsing and music. A smart phone has enough computing power for 95% of computer users.
That being said, I don't buy most of the mac...
I ride like a complete panzy, I will admit it. I use mine mostly for commuting to work and back, and I like to keep the RPM's pretty low (3700). I keep pretty good records of miles driven and gallons used.
I think a common mistake is that people will give average mpg for one fill up, which...
I think it could do it, but I probably wouldn't want to.
The KLR is a pig compared to just about every other bike, but the reason it gets used so much is just what you hinted out; ie ability to fix it anywhere. If you are in the middle of nowhere and the FZ6 breaks down (not that it is...
