Make sure sure you are downshifting while moving and always let the gears shift all the way. If you go slapping down at the shift lever really fast, you have a big chance of not shifting. Take your time with it and you should be fine.
If they did lower it. It usually has a lowering link in the back, once it is removed, you put the rear shock back in the spot the link came out of and its raised back up. The front couldt have been lowered too much unless they got rid of the stock handle bars. In order to raise it back up though...
The levers look great!
The adjustability of the new levers will let you fine tune it. Thats why i love aftermarket levers.......i wish i had some new levers....
Also i just wanted to tell everybody, THANK YOU!!

I got a chance to ride an fz1 for a day. Other than being faster than the 600, the fz1 is less comfortable. I would have to do something about the seat. Other than that pretty much the same bike but with a bigger engine.
Now if you get a chance to run through the gears on an R1, dont pass...
I just put my bike up on stands to change the tire.
I would have been more impressed if he jumped onto the truck and used a tire machine to mount and balance a new tire on the wheel, then install the same wheel, but with new tire..
