Whats your favorite gear??

Just something that popped into my head!! What is your favorite gear while riding?? In town? Highway?

I've found that I like 3rd gear. Good for cruising in town and just a few short revs from gettin some!!

2nd gear. From 55-90 is awesome, or from 20 to 90. doesnt matter. 2nd gear wheelies!!! Workin on the stand up ones

Any gear above 7000rpm....that's the gooooooooo zone! Love it!

When I saw the headline I first thought that I like my riding gloves the most and then maybe my leather pants. It's gear too, isn't it...?

What comes to the bike's gear, I have no favourite. For normal out-of-town driving I mainly use the 5th and the 6th gear. 3 and 4 are for good twisties.

Second gear is great too, but I usually gun my bike up to 80mph, and then switch to 3rd to cruise along

I was thinking I like the jacket the most. LOL

Ever since my bike safe training I have tended to stick to gear 3 in most instances. The police officer who took us for the training said that the gears on a motorcycle have a high throttle tolerance. Now on the motorway if starting from a low speed I get to as much as 5K revs in 3 and boy does the bike fly.

That would be second. Excede any speed limit in the US by a good number. Plenty of power, and when first is wound and you shift to second, the front wheel comes up. Second gear FTW!

I picked 2nd but on second thought I think I like 3rd the best...especially at the track with a 15T up front.

i chose first gear.. cuz 0 - 60 in less than 4 seconds baby.. yeah... eat your heart out corvette... and i spent 60k less... hahaha

Well i know it isnt one of ours but i still find it hilarious. Someone can spend over $100k on a car yet im sure an fz6 would beat it!! just funny how he does a wheelie just to rub it in his face.

i feel that 4th gear is the most versatile, you can put around town or scream down the highway, either way it is pretty happy doing it...

2nd is sweet. 3rd isn't bad either. I agree that 5th and 6th seem pretty much the same.
