One side of lower shock bushing stuck in swingarm hole, ideas for removal needed

This looks like a bike I know....
Exhaust and 100 other mods done since then but still one I know...

Lol, well thanks for the picture. I was getting so frustrated about why that bushing was stuck, I thought the collar slid all the way through both holes. It seems so weird to me it only goes through one side of the mount and then meets up with the left side but doesn't go through, and therefore sticks out a bit on the right. I thought for sure that was wrong and I needed to get that piece out. When I saw your pic it was a face palm moment for me.
