How are they for vibration dampening?

I am thinking of adding weight in the bars as I notice the vibrations more now than with the stock bar ends

I have Rizoma Bar ends...the answer is NO from my experience at least!

I've never really noticed any buzzing or vibrations in the bars with the stock ends either.
Maybe cause I'm holding really tight going really fast (30km/h behind all the dumbass commuters who don't leave first gear)

Nah, you're right, I never noticed any with mine either, but they wouldn't fit in the new bars

Have been trying to convince the Mrs to let me get the bike I 1st wanted when old enough to ride or drive, which was a 1992 Yamaha DT200 in sky blue with yellow stickers. Unfortunately she said no, but was happy for me to spend more $$$$ & buy something bigger.
