:rof: :rof: Not out here in Australia people :Flip: :Flip: , I love a sunburnt country , a land of sweeping plains , of rugged mountain ranges and lots of twisties where no-one complains :D.........

Thought i'd rub it in to all you northern hemishperians who are packing your bikes away for the season and we can just ride & ride & ride , ohh did i mention we can continue to ride :D ......

Plenty of room out here for us to share around with all you jealous types so feel free to come on down :D :spank: , im a cruel cruel man :p

Just a little snapshot of the countries major cities for the next few days.....

Brisbane - Fine Fine Fine in the 30 degree C mark....

Adelaide - Possible showers 17 degree mark....

Sydney - Mostly Fine 21 dergree mark....

Melbourne - Possible Showers 17 degree mark....

All fantastic weather forcasts for riding i'd say......

I vote for yes :D
The company that I work for has manufacturing, engineering and sales in Sydney. I'm still trying to find a good reason for them to send me over - at least, for the winter, summer, or whatever time of the year it is.

dont mind me i am just Jealous

While you're riding, like you have been all year, I'm going to be up on one of the worlds best ski/snowboard mountains. Then once the snow thaws I'm going to drag myself down and hit the twisties on the bike and once the summer hits I'll be tanning on the beach while looking up at the mountains.
:canada:

Plus I'd rather not ride all year. Did you not read the study? I put the bike away so I can spend twice as long in the sack ;)

Same here, actually it was 24F a few nights ago. I thought October was supposed to be in the 60'sF?

LOL ..... Aww Dan,I'm not mad at you. I have nearly identical weather here in the South!......Louisiana is like a Tropical jungle 10 month's a year even in the dead of winter the day time highs still get up to 50's degrees Fahrenheit or higher.... only draw back to Shreveport is the gigantic mosquitoes that never seem to give you a break!! :D

Well, I have never used this icon before Daniel, but.....:Flip:

just kidding, I love reading yours & all the other guys' riding stories in 'my winter'

and W/B mate!

haha Brenda, I've never used it before either! Guess some things just push our buttons.

I too enjoy the riding stories and pics during our winter - it's just so tough to live somewhere you only get a couple of good months of riding each year.

thanks for rubbing it in.....I actually did the deed today, fuel stabalizer,
fogged the engine 'til it died, removed the battery and locked the bike
up in a storage container until April, bummer :(

Time to "Winterize"..........What the heck is that?!?!

FYI, I ride ALL YEAR ROUND. Only stopping me is snow and ice, which last year was practically nowhere to be found.
Most people are "fair weather" riders, others will trek out into the rainy season, a few starts packing it up when the first autumn leaves fall.
So for you a big :Flip::Flip: from an ALL YEAR rider. :D

I stop after the first foot of snow.... I STILL think the answer is a Can Am Spyder with snow tires! :D

Thanks Daniel... needed that, mate... :eyebrow:  ;)

o yeah well :Flip: at least i can ride in the cold, its just the snow and ice still want to build a street legal atv for that. not that we have had much but rain freezes at 32 degrees.
