The "Off Topic" thread...

I wonder how Andrew Johns is feeling today....Now there have been a lot of Rugby League Sex Scandals, etc, but this one takes the cake! LOL! What a $hit storm!

What does everyone else think....

I,m thinking ,why the hell did it come up 7 YEARS after the fact !

Apparently, initially she wa all cool...apparently bragging about it, then she changed her story.....5 days after the fact!

Now 7 years later, she is saying that she has suffered long term problems....sounds dodgy...the whole thing!

  ......Makes Mikey look like a big girls blouse , c'mon Mikey catch up :rof:....

LOL..I am. 20,000km so far this year. At least 16,000 of that was round corners...lol...which puts me ahead already in the twisty department:Flip:.:D

Hey you just listen to us about the litre bike...lol...we'd never steer ya wrong:thumbup::D

Cheers
Mike

$$$$ that's what she see's

Exactly...and she is quite happy to ruin a few lives along the way.....not saying the boys were ok doing it, but she was into it by the sounds of it....and probably knew exactly what she was doing at the time....

Sounds harsh, but i bet it's not that far from the reality!

So back to the hot topic of the off topic thread.....how's the decision making process going re a bike????

Well the insurance made the decission for me and i canned the R1 idea :( , $1800 buck a year is ridiculous :spank:..........So i'll wait till July when i get back from my Bro's wedding and hook myself up on an 09 FZ1 :cheer: :D....Yellow of course ......Guess then i could run it in with a ride to Sydney for the FZ6 cup round

Aside from the insurance mate I reckon you still made a good choice.

If you get in traffic you can see without trying to snap your neck. You can see over the top of cars. Far less wear and tear on the wrists. Less to break in a driveway drop. They still have the better suspenders and stuff, and 280km/h will still lose you your license. Similar bike to what you're already used to...the list is endless.

Taken one for a test spin yet?

Cheers

Sounds like a plan....i reckon you have made a sensible decision....and re the FZ1...Why not go for a really decent secondhand, 06,07,08....buy one that has all the good stuff already done...and the motor will be run in, etc, etc....

Just a thought.....and by the way, catching up at Eastern Creek would be great...if i can get myself ready in time to do it properly.

I took an 07 model for a squirt the other day and was very very impressed , not as grunty as i thought it would be down low but that mid range punch puts a HUGE smile on your dial :D.....Shame it was just a stockie , i'd like to hear one with a decent pipe on it....They have some nice looking Scorpions on display down there

Im better off trading up to a new bike because they offer a better trade-in price .....Its also easier to get the colour you want and not have to hunt around for one....

Fair call...am also guessing, with the FZ1 being more sports orientated than the FZ6, via it's higher spec running gear & suspension, that there is less need for modification as there is with the budget priced FZ6.

Humpy, what the hell is a Rumologist!

LOL , i cant believe it took this long to notice ......Im a Rumologist , an expert in the field of Rumology which would make me a very professional Rum connoissuer :rof:....Although i have recently taken a liking to Barefoot Raddlers , a fine Sth Aus beer i must say
