Definitely not trying to be a party pooper guys, but make sure you check out all the details on the fender....the height of the reflector off the ground, the angle or plane of the plate.etc.etc. Hate to see you get it all sorted and then something else gets picked:spank::spank::spank:.

And yup it is 45kgs in the saddle.:thumbup:

I reckon as long as you had some form of guard, most of the boys in blue would not have a clue....

Just picked up my Oggy Knobs from Maxi's, and Henrik said that Stephen (the other owner) "T-Boned" a car on the way to work yesterday, had all the gear on, he went flying over the car and landed on his back, and got up and walked away without a scratch on him.



Also, I'm liking the guys there more and more. The Oggy's were $150, he asked if I had any thread-lock and I said no, so he grabbed some. That had a price tag of $16.50 (must be bloody good stuff, only a small bottle), and when he did the invoice, he says, I'll just chuck that in with the knobs.

Yup, his Black R1 is totaled. It was a bit rough around the edges anyway, but now it's completely stuffed.

On another note, shoulda seen the Blue TRX that pulled up when I got there this morning, was a '95 model (I think), the thing looked brand new... absolutely shmick, pristine, bloody beautiful. He was in there to get a new front tyre.

The original engine mount bolt has a much finer thread then the bolts that came with the Knobs. No fair... Now they just teasing me.

Part number on my box is OK 814 BLK Yamaha FZ6 2004-2008

If that's not the part number on the box i'd be thinking they may have ordered the wrong ones.

Yeah, that's the problem. Fender eliminators remove that ugly piece of plastic, and the number plate is raised... that's where the law gets us.
