Bought a used Ninja

Hey Guys,

Look what I just bought for kellina. I'm in the process of teaching her to ride, and found a good deal on this bike. I picked it up for $900 and it looks and runs great.

Nice! I had an '06 green one that was terrific. I upgraded after 3k miles, but really had no good reason. It is economical, easy to ride, narrow and lower than the FZ6 and is a blast if you do rev it. Good choice.

I'm bidding on Kawasaki too, an '07 ZX600P. Its totalled but for a track bike this is perfect! Oh yeah, $100 so far. Just gotta drive to El Paso if I win it.

This is awesome!!

She will be up and running by next summer. I can't get her into the MSF course until next spring, but we'll be riding in a couple week. She just has to pass the DMV written test next week. I can't wait!

That's awesome dude. Congrats! I wish I could get my lady into riding....she's still convinced you will die a horrific death just from looking a motorcycle for too long. Oh well, some get it, some don't. Hope she enjoys it and sticks with it.

Good deal on the find! My husband has been looking for a good used 250 around here with no luck. So - he has a deposit on an '09. I was surprised that the place where he is getting it is waiving the set-up and freight charges.

I can't wait for him to get it - then I can go as fast as I like since he is riding an XT250 right now.
