i don't really have this issue, perhaps you should buy/wear some underwear that fit... My boxers stay put while riding.

I almost never wear any type of jeans under my overpants while riding. I wear shorts, dockers or undergear.

leather pants keep you from sliding around which is the cause of tightening of boxers. Boxer briefs will also help, but they can't be "old and loose"...keep your boys close with something "new and tight" lol

I always SIOBISD. Sort it out before I sit down. Just before gloves on, adjust knackers. Impossible whilst on the bike.
