Ok folks...time to hit the frog & toad again! This time, we are off to the world superbikes at Phillip Island via the great ocean road, then home via great ocean road then up to the Grampians for a couple of days next week.... About 2500 km's in all...

The magical mystery pillion is along for the journey! We are all leathered up and ready for some hardcore iron butt riding...and hopefully some awesome racing at the supers!

Truck loads of photo's will be posted, tall stories will be told, beers
Will be drunk, and hopefully, we will get home safe and revenue raising free!

Catch ya's when we return! :rockon:

Have returned safely Yesterday and the Wolfman will return today...The initial ride started 2 and a half hours late so we did the boring straight through ride to make up time...we still went to Queenscliff and caught the ferrry to Sorrento and after Jamies GPS ran out of batteries we got a "Little" lost on the Mornington Peninsula, but we got there eventually after a 14 hour day in the saddle....the weather was quite reasonable by Phillip Island standards and the Hospitality suite was FANTASTIC. The weekend started as good as possible with our hosts having a prize give away and out of 4 prizes the three of us ALL won something....SWEET....the racing was excellent and the Yamaha was on Pole with the new Big Bang R1...Spies was knocked off track in the first race and went on to win the second one...and despite the BMW's not finishing highly they still had the fastest speed down Gardner Straight of 311 kph....I think they will be a team to watch in the near future...Anyway after the weekend we came back via the Great Ocean Rd and up into the Grampians to Halls Gap after dodging the local wildlife at dusk....I left early the next morning dodging more wildlife and was rained on for probably half the distance home, but its only water so no biggie...anyway thought I would post some pics, and I'm sure Wolfman will add to them substantially upon his return.....

Great pics, wish I was there! Watched the first race on Sunday and will watch the second tonight on the DVR. Only one babe shot??

What are those in the spokes?!?!? PomPoms?!?!? And the little purple fringe....did they get that from a Harley chicks bike??? LOL... Looks like you guys had a good time.
