I will be changing my tires in sometime too and I think the toolkit has everything you need to remove the rear wheel. Also, I just ordered an angled stems - Dirt Bike BikeMaster Valve Stems | MotoSport to make the task of pressure checking a bit easier and no need to replace unlike rubber stems.
I also plan to regrease the swing arm pivot/shock bearing once the wheel is out so that I dont have to bother with that seperately.

Is it really $100 to have tires fitted? That sounds outrageous. You can get it done for €30.00 here.
