Classic HD *Ultimate Package* Motorcycle Tire Changer Kit. (retails for $949) plus hitch mount ($70) plus Large Balancing Cone Set for Single-Sided Swingarm Wheels and light car wheels. I originally got this tire changer for motorcycle tire changes (adds up, considering shops usually charge $50 per wheel). I've since used it on 17" car wheels too. This is an outstanding product, but keep in mind it is all manual. As such, it does require a good deal of effort which I'm afraid I cannot continue to put out with my list of injuries. There are detailed videos on youtube on how to use it.
