Sry. octane and tire pressure questions. any help

i know these questions are in this forum some where and i searched just couldnt find it. sorry for the repeat question but im sure yall will still be willing to help.

just bought a 2004 fz6. everything is great on the bike. just looking to get some info. just did the msf course and am taking the bike out for the first time tuesday just want to make sure im all set.

what octane should i run?
what tire pressure should i run?
any other info about the bike i could use it. thanks for your time.

Just use 87 octane.
The tire pressure is on your bike.
I can see the sticker on the swingarm in your photo.

Now, let's try to avoid any religious arguments....please don't ask what is the best type of you-know-what to use.....
