Well, I did the headlight mod, but the bar-end mirrors I ordered haven't arrived, so I went out for a test drive any way (how could I resist?). The wind is noticeably more intense even at low speeds, but noise is no worse, at least in my Shoei which is pretty loud to begin with. I've had this bike since June of 2004, and it's like having a new bike (almost).
